Questions
Is this the real Home Assistant?
Yes. You run the official Home Assistant Container release, with your own login and full admin rights. Instead of the add-on store, you choose from a set of tested apps.
How do my Zigbee or Z-Wave devices connect?
Use a network coordinator (for example an Ethernet Zigbee stick) or a small bridge at home. It connects to your instance privately over Tailscale.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the location you choose, US (Dallas) or EU (Frankfurt). Your instance runs in its own containers, separate from other customers.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account page at any time. Your instance keeps running until the end of the period you paid for.
